The service

BetaMatch is an early product and may change. Joining is free. You must be 18 or older. Only add apps you own or are allowed to manage. We may remove apps and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Gems

Gems are an in-app credit for getting apps tested. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred, or withdrawn.

Buying gems and refunds

Gem packs are sold through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record for these orders. Gem packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you haven't spent any gems since buying that pack. Once you start a test or a boost after buying, the pack can't be refunded, unless the law requires it. Gems you earned by testing stay in your account. To request a refund, email us.

Fair testing

Feedback must reflect your own experience with the app. Fake proof, automated testing, and multiple accounts aren't allowed.

Store reviews

Store reviews are optional, never required, and never rewarded with gems or any other benefit. Members may not ask for, pressure someone into, or arrange swaps of store reviews, including in chat. If you post a review and share a screenshot of it, it must be your own honest review of an app you actually tested. App Store and Google Play have their own rules about reviews, and you are responsible for following them. Chats can be reviewed when reported or automatically flagged.
