What we collect

On the waitlist: your email address, your app link if you provide one, your answer about what you need, the wording you agreed to, and the time you gave consent. On the contact form: your email address and your message. If you create an account: your name, email, and profile picture from Google, when you were last active on the site, the apps you add, your swipes, tests, ratings, feedback, install screenshots, screenshots of store reviews you choose to share, gem balance, notifications, and chat messages. App owners can see the name, feedback, and proof on tests of their apps.

Why

To contact you about early access and product launches, to understand what to build first, to answer your messages, and to run your account and the testing community. Our legal basis for waitlist emails is your consent. For accounts, it's providing the service you asked for. For contact messages, it's our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Who processes it

Our hosting and database providers, Cloudflare and Supabase, process the data on our behalf, and may do so outside your country. We use Resend to email you notifications about your tests and messages, so it receives your email address and the notification text. You can turn these emails off in your dashboard. Install screenshots and store review screenshots are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to check them. App owners can see them. Don't include personal information in them. Other members can see your name, picture, level, live apps, and whether you're active now. Chat messages can be read by our team when a chat is reported or automatically flagged. If you buy gems, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and billing details as the seller of record, and we receive your order details. We don't see your card number. We don't sell your data. This site doesn't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data stays until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist closes. Contact messages stay for as long as we need them to handle your request.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing samilaltun1997@gmail.com or through our contact form. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

BetaMatch is for app developers and isn't intended for anyone under 18.
