Refund policy

You can get a full refund for a gem pack within 14 days of buying it if you haven't spent any gems since that purchase. Once you start a test or a boost after buying, the pack can't be refunded, unless the law requires it.

Gems you got for free or earned by testing can't be exchanged for money.

How to ask for a refund

Email samilaltun1997@gmail.com or use our contact form with the email address you paid with. You can also contact Paddle.com, our merchant of record, through the link in your order receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and the gems from that pack are removed.
